How we do business
Share
After many years of working with wine, it's nice to take a fresh approach to how we market and distribute what we make. It is surprisingly difficult and taxing (literally) to make and market a wine. There's a whole host of legal and compliance complexities to working with alcohol but there's also a whole world of mandated distribution middlemen and marketers who represent your brand when it comes to the business of selling. What this all means is that only a small part of what you pay for a bottle is going to the people who make it.
We don't have any objection to making a buck. In fact, if you're good at what you do you deserve to be well compensated. However, when a service is legally mandated the question of performance can go out the window.
NA wines can be made and delivered without all this extra complexity and unnecessary layers of distribution. In fact, a restaurant or retailer can order directly from us online and expect the same level of easy fulfillment as buying a pair of pants. That allows us to focus on what we do best instead of filling out spreadsheets and pretending that someone else is going to tell out story as well as we can.
How this translates into how we do business is transparency. Customers work directly with us. Got a question? We'll answer it quickly. Need more wine in a hurry? We'll hop to it as it comes down to us: no excuses or faceless services to blame. Just us. That also means that we stand by what we make and will guarantee your happiness with what you order or we'll fix things. It's that simple. We're not looking to be the biggest. We just want to be the best.
