Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
West & Wilder currently ships within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
West & Wilder is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. West & Wilder is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@westandwilder.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable
We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of opened products.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization from West & Wilder.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment.
Returned products must be received in their original condition before a refund can be issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where West & Wilder shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
